Our Real Estate Law section represents clients in all types of real estate matters, including the sale, leasing, acquisition, financing, development, construction and zoning of residential, commercial and industrial property. We provide the type of in-depth skills required by clients working on sophisticated retail or commercial projects. When a client is not familiar with real estate matters, our attorneys guide the client through the complexities of real estate development, asset management, and general real estate transactions. Many real estate matters relate to additional disciplines, and we have expertise in estate planning, tax, construction, insurance and litigation.
