THOMAS J. LIPKA Thomas J. Lipka practices in the firm's Civil Litigation and Business Law sections. Mr. Lipka concentrates his litigation practice on business issues and disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, Uniform Commercial Code and contract litigation, construction arbitrations and litigation. He also has experience in litigating issues of securities registration and reporting. Mr. Lipka also practices general corporate law for small- and medium-sized companies. Mr. Lipka has been an adjunct faculty member at Youngstown State University where he has taught classes in business law. Mr. Lipka graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Oberlin College in 1992 and received a Juris Doctor degree with honors in 1996 from The Ohio State University. He was admitted to practice law in Ohio in 1996 and is a member of the Mahoning and Ohio State bar associations.
