The Firm’s Estate Planning and Probate Law section provides a complete range of planning services to individuals, corporate executives and other professionals. Our attorneys have considerable experience in designing estates, trusts and gift programs and in administering wills and trusts. We focus on ensuring that clients’ assets are used effectively during their lifetimes while at the same time planning for the distribution of those assets to their beneficiaries with minimum tax consequences. We are also available to assist their families after a client’s death in ensuring that the assets are distributed to beneficiaries quickly and efficiently. When necessary, our Estate Planning and Probate Law attorneys also work closely with our Health Law section to design asset protection strategies for health care professionals and others.
