STEPHEN T. BOLTON Stephen T. Bolton is president of Manchester Bennett Powers & Ullman and has served with the firm since 1972. A member of the firm's Civil Litigation section, Mr. Bolton concentrates his law practice in the areas of commercial litigation. Mr. Bolton graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in English in 1969 and received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 1972. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the United States District Court of the Northern District of Ohio, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third and Sixth Circuits, the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Bolton formerly served as a board member for the Mahoning County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
