Mark A. Beatrice has been a member of the Chapter 7 panel of Trustees for the Youngstown Court in the Northern District of Ohio since 1997. As a panel member, he is appointed as case trustee to both consumer and business liquidations, and occasionally in Chapter 11 proceedings. In 2004, David A. Detec was one of the five finalists selected for consideration for appointment to the then vacant Bankruptcy Judge position in Youngstown.
